This is directed to the power department of Dimapur. It is a letter to them voicing my concerns and my opinion regarding the need of the establishment of streetlights throughout the roads of Dimapur. We can all agree that Dimapur is no longer a small town, we have some of the largest brands in India, be it clothing or food chains or more. We are in dire need of streetlights.
But that itself is not the only reason, the main reason this has occurred to me is because of safety reasons and I'm sure you will also agree with me on this. We are all well aware of the reckless driving that goes on the roads. While you cannot do anything about that situation, you can help out by establishing streetlights so that the roads are a little safer at night. It'll be a great deed you will be fulfilling for us and also a very needful one.
I hope you take this matter into consideration.
