Dimapur, November 23 (MExN): In view of the forthcoming festive season, the Dimapur Police today informed that applications for temporary fireworks license will be issued from the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur from November 25-December 5.
Interested parties may apply for permit/licence in a prescribed format from the office of the CP, Dimapur during office hour on the aforesaid days, stated a press release from Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) –cum-Public Relation Officer, Dimapur Police.
The applications for temporary fireworks has been opened in accordance with Rule 84 of Explosive Rule, 2008 and Circular by Chief Controller of Explosive, it added.
