DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 1 (MExN): In view of the nationwide alert sounded by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) following surgical strike across the Line of Control (LoC), Dimapur Police has sounded a public advisory on the possibility of “sabotage activities by anti-National elements.” In the interest of security, the Dimapur Police through its Additional Deputy of Commissioner & PRO have requested citizens to be vigilant of unattended baggage lying in public places, suspicious items found along roadsides, un-attended vehicles kept parked in suspicious manner, new unknown habitants seen in the wards/colonies etc.
In the event of such suspicious items being found, citizens have been requested to inform the police immediately. Any suspicious activities or persons seen may be informed to the Police Control Room at 7085-0550-50 or the nearest Police Station or Police Patrol.
