DIMAPUR, MARCH 23 (MExN): The Dimapur Town Nepali Baptist Church (DTNBC) Duncan celebrated its 35th Youth Foundation Day with a devotion service at 9:30 am.

Salome Gurung, Mission Secretary, delivered the keynote sermon titled "Flourishing in God's Purpose," drawing from Jeremiah 29:11. Her message encouraged the congregation to trust in God's plan for their lives.

The program featured praise and worship led by the Youth Ministry, followed by a welcome address from Youth Pastor Kamal Sharma. Benjamin Sangma led the opening prayer, while Sharmila Gurung offered the offertory prayer. A scripture reading of Jeremiah 29:11 was presented in English by Maria Ngullie and in Nepali by Rachel Magar.

The Youth Ministry also performed a special number, and the service was chaired by Jessica Marak. The event concluded with a benediction prayer by Women Pastor Dilu Gurung. DTNBC Duncan, established on August 22, 1982, is the sixth-oldest Gorkha church in Nagaland.
