The Dimapur Traffic Police has ingeniously found a way to instill traffic etiquette among the citizens by designing smart banners and putting them across the city – entertaining and educating the commuters at the same time. The banners are based on the popular internet meme “Be Like Bill” that has become a social media sensation since January this year. The meme lets users to "passive-aggressively" call out social media behaviors that annoy them and correct it. The Dimapur Traffic Police, using the personalized version of the meme, has found a clever way to give “Road Safety” tips to its citizens. Follow them and Be Smart.
