Dimapur, April 5 (MExN): Ao officers serving in various departments under the State Government of Nagaland and living in Dimapur, Chümoukedima, Niuland and Peren districts have formed a forum named “Dimapur Zone Ao Officers’ Forum” and it will be officially launched on April 8 at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur.
The forum aims to provide collective leadership for healthy and productive community life in Naga society, stated a press release. It further promised to “create and share ideas to promote young talents and cultural values amongst younger generation.”
The press release from the forum’s Organising Committee Convenor, I Anungba Sanglir and Member Secretary, Lanuzülu also invited all the officers working under various governmental departments, institutions and organisations in the three to become a member.
Citing difficulty in delivering the meeting notice individually, they further requested all the eligible government officers to attend the launching programme.
