The Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Wokha celebrated its Advent Christmas today at the residence of the District Public Relations Officer (DPRO), Wokha, with staff from the department in attendance.
During the celebration, Lolano Patton, DPRO Wokha, delivered the exhortation, extending Christmas greetings to all present. She emphasized the importance of the department's work in the district and encouraged the staff to remain dedicated to their roles. Patton also urged them to continue inspiring other departments through their commitment to service and wished everyone good health and a prosperous New Year in 2025.
Mesano, UDA, delivered a brief speech, after which the program featured a beautiful rendition of the beloved Christmas hymn "Silent Night" by Avungo, ACO, followed by a scripture reading by Rupen, Operator. The event also included a lucky draw, with the prize being won by Sendenmo, Operator.
The celebration was chaired by Phyochamo Ngullie, Information Assistant, Wokha, with the invocation led by Zanthunglo, S.K, and the vote of thanks delivered by Fanny, LDA. The benediction was pronounced by Npilo, Chowkidar.
