DIMAPUR, MAY 24 (MExN): District Development Co-ordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) review meeting, Mokokchung District was held on May 23, under the chairmanship of MP, Lok Sabha, Tokheho Yepthomi, a DIPR report stated.
In his address, Tokheho thanked all the former and present elected members of the state for their effort and contributions in constructing the DC office building in Mokokchung, which he said is one of the best in the State.
He asked all the departments in the district to judiciously and effectively implement the central schemes and all other programmes /duties so as to uplift the people especially the downtrodden in the society.
In the meeting, power point presentation was given by the following head of offices- Project Director DRDA, Assistant Director, Food & Civil Supplies, Executive Engineer, PWD (R&B), District Agriculture Officer, District Welfare Officer, Superintendant Engineer (Power), Chief Medical Officer, and Executive Engineer PHED.
Opening remarks was said by Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, while vote of thanks was proposed by Chumlamo Humtsoe, ADC Mokokchung.
