DIMAPUR, MAY 25 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur has ordered the immediate sealing of the first floor of St Joseph University (SJU) building, Dimapur, a designated quarantine centre. The order came after two persons put up at the centre tested positive for COVID-19 on May 25. The DC, in his order, cautioned that anyone violating these containment measures will be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, besides legal action under Section-188 of the IPC.
