Kohima, October 14 (MExN): On the exercise of student wise data collection/student profile in-sync with UDISE 2016-17 for the year 2016, data recorded as on September 30, all government, private and central schools are reminded on the last date of submission of Student Data Capture Format (SDCF): Government schools to Educational Block Resource Centres (EBRCs) –October 15 and EBRCs to DMA SSA Office October 17, Private/Central School to EBRCs October 28 and EBRCs to DMA, SSA Office October 29.
DMA, SSA Kohima DC & Chairman Rovilatuo Mor IAS has informed in a press release that the rationalization of schools shall be adhered as per Order NO.ES/ STATE/ 32/ Rationalization /2016: Dated Kohima 26th March 2016 i.e Composite/Merge and Downgraded.
The following point shall be strictly adhered if not otherwise.
• Ensure that the Student Data Capture Format must not be provided to parents/students, as they are to be solely filled up only by the school authorities who are the respondent. This format should not be sent to the students/parents/guardian under no circumstances for filling up.
• Ensure all concerned that information so collected is for internal use and will not be shared with anybody
• Bank Account details, Contact Number and e-mail Id of students and religion “Are Not Mandatory”
• Information of students those who are detained/promoted in a class would only require updating in the provided printed sheet and the new students admitted can use blank format. However, any student transferred away this academic year, their format may be submitted to EBRC/DMA office with transferred/pass out remarks. The updated sheets prepared by each Class Teacher through School Principal/HM/Head Teacher & Teacher-in-charge shall be submitted to EBRCs.
