Dimapur, August 20 (MExN): Dimapur Mission Higher Secondary School (DMHSS) launched its website (dimapurmissionhrsecschool.com) on the occasion of Parents’ Day on August 20. T
he website was launched by the senior pastor of Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo (DABA), who also prayed for the students, teachers and parents.
Earlier, the school principal, Alemtushi Imchen delivered welcome speech and Nitoi Achumi spoke on behalf of the parents.
Speaking on behalf of the management, the School Governing Board member Dr. Jamedi expressed appreciation to both the parents and teachers for their dedication and commitment towards the school students. He also exhorted the parents to create a conducive domestic environment for the children to grow without mental and emotional disturbances at home. Dr. Jamedi further informed that the school management has invested a good amount of resources in running and maintaining the hostel, skill development programs, air conditioned library, air conditioned science laboratory, smart class rooms beside taking extra care for moral and spiritual aspects of the school students.
The daylong program saw varieties of dances, songs, play and music presented by the students. It was conducted by Onenjungla, PGT, while benediction was pronounced by the school chaplain, Merensola Imchen
