DNSU announces 'Share the Joy' project to spread holiday cheer

DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 6 (MExN): The Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) and its constituent units has announced the launch of “Share the Joy,” a charitable project aimed at spreading joy and smiles to underprivileged and marginalized families during the festive season.

“We believe that this season of joy presents an opportune moment for us to come together and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Through this collective effort, we strive to bring smiles to the faces of the most vulnerable and foster a sense of community and social responsibility among our members and the general public,” a press release issued by the DNSU stated on Friday.

To achieve this noble objective, the DSNU has requested every citizen to join in donating cash, gently used clothing, shoes, blankets or essential commodities which would be donated to those requiring assistance.

The last date of collection will be December 13 with dropping point at DNSU Office, near Fire Brigade Office, Rail gate.
