DNSU inter schools and colleges indoor sports meet held

DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 22 (MExN): The Dimapur Naga Students' Union (DNSU) held its 8th Inter Schools & Colleges Indoor Sports Meet at Multi Disciplinary Sports Complex, Dimapur on September 20 and 21.
A press release from DNSU Secretary Games & Sports, Khamjailung Kamson, said that a total of 17 schools and 11 colleges took part during the meet and the events were Badminton, TT & Tug-Of-War.
Dr. Andrew Ahoto, President of All Nagaland Private Schools Association - Dimapur Unit was the Chief Patron and Sedevilie Suohu, SDO PHED, Dimapur was the Guest Patron.
DNSU Speaker, Nupato K. Chishi declared Herbert Spencer School and S.D. Jain Girls College as the most disciplined School & College respectively and also highlighted on how discipline is important for a student.
At the prize distribution & closing ceremony, DNSU General Secretary, B. Mhajan Tsopoe, acknowledged the patrons, units of DNSU, match officials, heads of all schools & colleges, students, official photographer Alemzungba Yaden, Progressive Shuttlers Club Dimapur & United Shuttlers Club Dimapur for Badminton, Dimapur District Table Tennis Association for Table Tennis, volunteers and all well wishers for extending their support.
