Dear Beloved Naga Leaders,
Where are you taking the Nagas without consenting with God? Without uniting with God we will never meet unity and peace. We all believes and understands that Nagas are chosen by God for a special purpose to bring glory to His awesome name. Thus, we declare, “Nagaland for Christ.” India as well as many nations is aware that Nagaland is a Christian State. However, if we carefully survey at the works of our politicians we rarely finds them consenting with God.
Proverbs 16:7 says, “When the Lord takes pleasure in anyone’s way, He causes their enemies to make peace with them, Psalms 84:11 “…no good things does He withhold, Psalm 145:19, “He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him.” The Lord is more concern for the well-being of souls and thus works accordingly, yet man is more concern for the flesh. This is why we contrast with God.
Romans 8:6-8 clearly affirms that, “The mind controlled by the sinful nature is death, but the mind controlled by the spirit is life and peace. The sinful mind is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.” Wherefore, the Nagaland Christian Democratic Party (NCDP) respectfully pleads to our state Government to kindly keep aside for sometime your intense effort for the development of the flesh and work forward for the development of the spirit. To pursue your mission-to work for the spiritual development and also to send 10,000 Missionaries into the vineyard of God, our esteemed State Government can contribute its Tenth Tithes to the various councils of churches and Christian associations. When our spiritual lives are nurtured and developed, even in our physical lives we finds unity and peace.
Since the time Nagaland got its Statehood, we have not found any political party working with an intense effort for the spiritual development of the Nagas. Hence, Nagas are facing uncountable destruction, sorrow and pain. NCDP have found out the way for the spiritual development when the beauty of the world, its glory and honour and wealth were crucified on the cross. Therefore, in the name of our precious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the NCDP urge every Nagas to once again unite with Christ and work together for the development of our spirits and let peace, unity and joy prevails in our Land. Like a Fire, Hammer and Sword, NCDP shows thee way and safeguard our land. Praise the Lord.
