DOHFW Central monitoring team visits Zunheboto for Aspirational Blocks prog

Central monitoring team from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare visited Zunheboto for the Aspirational Blocks programme for Akuhaito block under Zunheboto on May 9 and 10.

Zunheboto, May 11 (MExN): Central monitoring team from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare visited Zunheboto for the Aspirational Blocks programme for Akuhaito block under Zunheboto on May 9 and 10.

A press release received here stated that the team led by Narendra Kumar Oza, Central Nodal Officer MOHFW, Dr J Hokugha Sema Deputy Director DOHFW visited to all the health centres under the Aspirational block with the District officials and staff under CMO Zunheboto accompanied by Dr Samuel, EAC Atoizu.  

On the first day, the team visited Asukhuto HWC, Atoizu PHC, Apukito SC, Lokobo HWC and concluded on having a brief meeting with the Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto Rahul Bhanudas Mali IAS at the DC's chamber.

The second day the team visited Sukomi HWC, Akuhaito HWC, Rotomi SC and Philimi SC and returned back to Kohima.

On reaching Kohima a short debriefing meeting was held at Hotel Vivor with the officials from the directorate in discussion about the key performance indicators and various drawbacks faced in the aspirational block. 

The meeting was attended by Dr Akuo Sorhie Mission Director (NHM), Dr Mereninla SPO (NHM), Dr Manyu Phom, Deputy Director (NHM), Dr J Hokugha Sema Deputy Director, Planning, the press release stated.
