DoSE Nagaland issues ‘final call’ for verification

Kohima, November 21 (MExN): The Directorate of School Education (DoSE) has issued a ‘final call’ to all its employees to complete the verification and authentication process for the Teachers Attendance Monitoring System (TAMS) by November 28.

This step is part of the ongoing Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse (NECTAR) initiative, which began in May 2023 and aims to improve system and school management through accurate employee data.

The first phase of the employee verification drive was conducted from May to August 2023, with a follow-up drive for absentees from October 19 to 26, 2023.

However, some employees still need to complete the process.

All DoSE employees, including those newly recruited after October 2023, who have not yet undergone the verification exercise, are directed to report to the Directorate of School Education at Bayavu, Kohima, from November 25 to 28, 2024, during office hours.

Employees must bring all relevant documents to the Top Floor of the Directorate for the authentication process.

Additionally, all UGHT/GHTs who previously submitted their documents via email and were verified must report in person to capture their "master selfie" for the system. Employees who were unable to attend the verification due to medical or earned leave are also required to complete the process during this period.

Employees must bring the following documents (both original and photocopies): Aadhar Card, ID Card issued by Samagra Shiksha, Appointment Letter, Transfer/Posting Orders, Regularisation Order, Latest Extension Order, and Service Book page with bio-data details.

The Employee Data Verification and Authentication Form, available for download from www.nagalandeduproject.com or from respective school heads, must be duly filled, verified, and signed by the school head, EBRC Coordinator, DEO/SDEO, and countersigned by the Area Administrative Officer.

Failure to complete the authentication process may result in disciplinary action.
