Acoustic Club, Wokha in collaboration with Task Force Music & Arts (TaFMA) presents ‘Doyang Rhythms Music by the Lake’ was launched by Abu Metha, Advisor to Chief Minister of Nagaland and Secretary General NDPP at Doyang on April 23. The event will culminate on April 24.
Speaking on the launching programme Metha said that the music, food and fun fest in the event will soon become a festival and it will be recognised worldwide, a press release from Abenthung Kikon stated. Metha assured help to make it become a primer music festival seeing the potential of local artist and location.
TaFMA, Advisor Theja Meru also addressed the programme.
Acoustic Club Wokha is hosting the two-day fest in collaboration with TaFMA with Rhyuka Yenjo as venue partner from Doyang Tourist Resort Area.
Altogether 15 local artists and bands from Wokha and one guest band are taking part in the fest.
