Dimapur, June 9 (MExN): Dimapur Press Club (DPC) has invited nominations for election of new office bearers for the next tenure. A press release from DPC president, Moa Longkumer and general secretary, S Henlly Phom informed that the election of the new office bearers will be conducted on June 28 at Press Point, Super Market. Interested persons can submit nominations addressed to Election Commissioner at Press Point, Super Market, Dimapur or Eastern Mirror office near City Tower, Dimapur. The last date for submission of nomination has been fixed on June 18. The election of new office bearers will be conducted by the Election Commissioner Arienba Jamir, who was designated by unanimous decision during the general meeting held at Press Point on June 4, the release added. All registered DPC members have been asked to be present on the proposed date for smooth conduct of the election.
