DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 16 (MExN): The DPS Dimapur Girls won the U-17 Girls Volleyball Champions Trophy in the Zonal level CBSE Custer-I Tournament held at Kaziranga English Academy, Guwahati. The school team under the guidance of PE Teacher Asha Gupta Neog, participated in the CBSE Inter School Sports and Games Competition 2018-19 (NE - Cluster) from October 9 to 11 October. They won the prestigious Champions Trophy defeating teams from 54 schools and with it the team qualified for the CBSE National Championship. Adding a feather to the cap, the Best Player of the tournament was bagged by Pompi Borah, a class XI student of DPS Dimapur.
