DPS hosts 2nd Inter School Dance Competition

With an aim to promote art and creativity Delhi Public School Dimapur organised its 2nd Inter School Dance Competition on October 26 in the school premises. 

Altogether 10 (ten) schools from Dimapur participated in the event. The competition was adjudged by some acclaimed dance artists and choreographers from Delhi and Kolkata: Raj Sunar, Nishan Narginari and B.Boy Rebok. The participants were judged based on their performance and showmanship, choreography and originality, theme and music, costume and expression.

DPS Dimapur emerged as the winner followed by Hope Academy and Maple Tree School as the 1st and 2nd Runners-Up respectively. S. I Jamir, Chairman, Dimapur Public School Society graced the occasion as the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners.
