Mon, October 11 (MExN): District level training for village facilitators of people’s plan campaign for preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) was organised by the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) Mon on October 4 at DRDA conference hall.
A DIPR release stated that topics discussed during the training included the rollout plan for people’s plan campaign; procedure of preparation of Gram Panchayat poverty reduction plan campaign by SHGs (livelihood infrastructure, credit, entitlement, over all GPDP) with special reference to front line workers of line department; PRI-SHG; convergence; PRI-SHG training modules; Mission Antyodaya Mobile Apps demonstration and hands-on training and plan-plus demonstration.
The resource persons were Wakho Konyak from Mon NRLM; Chingam Konyak, BPM, Tizit Block NRLM and Manpea Konyak, Chen block NRLM. Inaugural speech was delivered by DPO (DRDA), Mon, Manching Konyak.
