Phek, October 17 (MExN): The office of the District Treasury Officer (DTO) Phek has informed all the pensioners drawing pension under District Treasury Office Phek, that as per CTC 368 the annual physical verification for the current year 2024 will take place from November 7.
For Family pensioners, it will be held on November 7 for Phek Town and November 8 for outsiders.
Physical verification for life pensioners on November 11 &12 (Phek Town) and November 13 & 14 (Outsiders).
Document required for Physical verification includes; Passport 1 (one) copy., Bank Passbook, Pensioner's ID card and Aadhaar card.
Failing to attend the Physical verification, Pensioner's payment shall be closed and ceased which will be submitted to A.G Nagaland.
Life certificate may be collected from Pension cell during Office hour from October 21, according to treasury officer, Phek.
