
Kohima, April 11 (MExN): The Department of Underdeveloped Areas (DUDA) with the theme “Reaching out to them” has extended seminar on career counseling and veterinary services and distribution of sport goods to the villagers and students of Indo-Myanmar Border Blocks from April 3 to 7 last.
It was conducted with the support of District administrations of Wazeho, Meluri, Phokhungri, Pungro, Khongsa and Thonoknyu under BADP Capacity Building Programme funded by Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Border Management, Government of India.
Altogether, 605 students from class VIII to class XII have availed the opportunity of career counseling seminars by Dr Daniel Wotsa, B.V.Sc & AH and Dr Khumjungse Sangtam, B.V.Sc & AH as resource persons.
