Dimapur, February 2 (MExN): The Diphupar Village Council (DVC) has made demand for the Chief Minister TR Zeliang to step down, termination of IRB personnel and suspension of Commissioner of Police Dimapur. DVC Chairman, Lanutoshi in a press release said that together with the entire public and organisation of Diphupar Village, the Council vehemently condemn the IRB personnel who indiscriminately fired at the unarmed public on January 31 night which has resulted in the killing of Khriesavizo Metha and Bendangnungsang of Diphupar village.
