Dimapur, January 17 (MExN): Dy CM Y Patton has greeted the Tikhirs on the occasion of Kuhlang-Nyi festival. In a press note, Patton was optimistic that the post harvest festival will bring in prosperity throughout the year. On behalf of the state BJP legislators, the Dy CM conveyed festive greetings and hope that it is celebrated with great enthusiasm.
