DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 17 (MExN): Nagaland Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton has expressed sadness over the sudden demise of Khozamo Murry, Chairperson of the Wokha Town Council.
In a condolence message, Patton said Murry served with sincerity, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility. He noted that as chairperson, Murry remained committed to the welfare of the people and discharged his duties with care, patience and fairness.
The Dy CM said Murry’s contributions to public life were marked by dedication to community needs and efforts to improve civic life, adding that his absence would be deeply felt within the town council and among the people he served for many years.
The Naga People’s Front (NPF) also expressed grief over the death of WTC Chairperson Khozami Murry. In a condolence message issued by its press bureau, the party said Murry’s demise has left a void in the Wokha Town Council as well as within the party, and that his leadership and contributions would be deeply missed.
