Dimapur: The 40th Eastern Bible College and 14th Federated Theological Programme for North East India was held at Eastern Bible College Chapel on May 10. All together 80 students graduated. The Guest Speaker was Rev. Dr. Stephen Tee, Director of Millennium International University, USA. He encouraged the Graduates by bringing a scripture portion from II Tim. 4: 7.
Guest of honour Dr. Anthony Leong, Barristar-at-law Inn’s, UK, released the College Annual Magazine. Thein Gihtun speaking on behalf of the graduates shared testimony of her stay at EBC and the holistic improvement she made at EBC, which has equipped her for the Lord’s ministry.
Bijoy Tamang of M.Div. and Thein Gihtun of B.Th. were awarded the Academic Excellence Award 2014 respectively. Thoma of B.Th. and Mercy Lohe of B.Th. received the Campus Life Award 2014. L. Alemla Chang of M.Div. received the Evangelism Award 2014. Both the Most Improved Award and Graduate of the Year 2014 Award was awarded to Thein Gihtun.
The FTPNEI academic Excellence Award 2014 were given to three graduates from three participating colleges namely Bijoy Tamang of EBC, Washimenba of DBC, and Stella Sherpa of SBC.
