KOHIMA, APRIL 24 (MExN): The newly constructed ramp in the Evaluation Directorate office building, Kohima, to facilitate access for differently abled persons was inaugurated by HK Khulu, Additional Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner, April 24. The chief guest, in his speech, said that the project sends positive signals and conveys the message that “We Care.” Simultaneously inaugurating the capacity building programme for officers and staff of the Directorate, he advised the officials to develop work culture and perseverance, to be consistent in their endeavours and to be positive in attitude. He reminded them that everyone can contribute in one’s own small ways. Pastor A. Chuba of KABA dedicated the ramp. The programme was chaired by W. Chubala, Joint Director, welcome address was delivered by Kevileno Angami, Director, and vote of thanks was proposed by Shinito Sema, Deputy Director.
