Shamator, February 5 (MExN): The educational tour by Assam Rifles for 45 students and two teachers from Shamator has concluded its journey from January 29 to February 5. The tour culminated with a Flag-In Ceremony at Shamator by Assam Rifles Battalion, stated a press release received here.
The team had visited institutions of excellence and tourist attractions in Jorhat- Dimapur- Kohima during their journey. Students and teachers shared the experience they gained while visiting Air Force Station and Assam Rifles Dog Training Centre at Jorhat, Impur village, Garam pani at Karbi Along, TATA Tea Estates, ARTC&S Sukovi, St Joseph’s University, Dimapur, ICAR (Mithun) & ICAR (Agri), Nagaland State Secretariat, Cathedral Church & War Memorial at Kohima, and interaction at IGAR (N).
