Kohima, April 17 (MExN): The Executive Engineer Kohima Transmission Division today informed that there will be phase-wise power shutdown in locations under its jurisdiction from April 22-May 20 due to vegetation clearance and maintenance programme of 33kV, 66 kV and 132kV Transmission lines. Accordingly, there will be unavoidable total shutdown of power from 8:00 am-3:00 pm in the affected areas to facilitate smooth execution of the activities, the EE said, while requesting consumers and public to extend cooperation and bear the inconvenience during the shutdown period.
