•-Another re-verification of Bogus teachers as appeared in your esteemed daily under the caption "ATAN irate at verification call" does not make any sense. Everybody understands that something is seriously wrong with the school education department but what actually is that "wrong” is something elusive for the public as no one (government) is willing to come out with the truth. Its time for the media persons in Nagaland to be more pro active and dig out the hidden truth instead of a mere reporting. We need some bold Naga journalists who would not fear to dig out the truth, something like a sting operation or any other means to expose the corrupt sides of our government is the need of the hour!
Its time for the DAN government to either "terminate" or "absorb" the ATAN members, Its not a time to play a politics. This will help the ATAN members to either appear for a new Job before the problem of "age" catches up with them. Its time for the SIT do declare the result without any fear. Terminate those who do not deserve and absorb those who are genuine and qualified. Its time for the ATAN members to act instead of making an occasional appeals to the department to consider based on the CM's assurance.
