Empyrean Couture Fall/Winter 2021: 1st virtual fashion show in Nagaland

The Novaturient Management today launched the 1st virtual fashion show in Nagaland entitled “Empyrean Couture Fall/Winter 2021.”

It was formally launched by Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA) project director Dr. Hovithal Sothu at RCEMPA Jotsoma, near Kohima.

“Under this event, we reached out to our local designers who came up with Couture designs. This collection focuses on Avant Garde genre challenging and channeling limits of the designers artistry,” stated Novaturient Management. This collection gives our Naga designers a platform to vent their creativity that remains deeply rooted in our fashion consciousness and putting us on the global fashion map, said Neitho Khamo, co-founder, Novaturient Management.

Novaturient Management aims to provide a platform for Naga designers and brands to showcase and market their designs, also to provide benchmark for the enhancement and promotion of models and their modeling career.

This virtual fashion show showcased the works of five prominent designers- Kivitoli Chishi, Reema, Anotoli H Sumi, Elijah Gangmei and Mitchell Dzüvichu.

The models walking the ramp were Pelevinuo Rupreo, Peweu Tunyi Khamo, Ruopfuzhano Whiso, Moile Longkongly, Awiesie Kajiri and Toshiwapang Jamir. Choreographer- Theja Sekhose, make-up artist-Lomi Shikhu, photographer- Brook Besor, cinetography-Sans Production, stage lighting- Headlight and Innovations as print partner.

Meanwhile, this event will be live streaming through TaFMA link channel and Novaturient Management YouTube on November 21 at 6:00 PM.
