Kohima, July 20 (MExN): The Eastern Nagaland Gazetted Officer’s Association (ENGOA) will hold its 16th general conference on July 23 at the Zonal Council Hall, Kohima from 9:30 AM onwards. Minister for soil & water conservation and land resource development P. Longon will grace the conference as the chief guest. Alemtemshi Jamir, IAS, additional chief secretary & development commissioner and T.C. Sangtam, IAS, secretary DUDA will also exhort the gathering. The conference will be marked by awarding N.I. Jamir Award of excellence in government service, obituary reference, special number, cultural show, discussion on agenda and adoption of resolution etc. Presidential address will be delivered by ENGOA president B. Tingshem Konyak while the function will be chaired by Bitong Thonger Sangtam. All ENGOA members have been requested to reach Kohima on July 22. Representative of ENPO, ENLU, ENWO & ENSF have been cordially invited to the conference.
