As resolved by the ENPO officials, Executive members and the Presidents and colleagues of the Federating Tribal Units of the ENPO, this is to inform all Officials of the ENPO, members of all Frontal Organisations, Advisory Board Members, Legal Advisors (both Judicial and Customary), Resource Persons, Former Officials, that no unauthorized Representations, Press statements, Speeches and Opinions, in any form on behalf of ENPO is to be given/made both in written and words including mobile and telephone calls to any Agencies/Departments both Governmental and non-Governmental of both State and Centre, Foreign (External) Agencies both Governmental and Non-Governmental at Public gatherings, functions and meetings etc. without proper authorisation, permission and representation of the ENPO thereof. Manipulations in regard to employments and other forms of privileges shall also be taken seriously which includes silent and in-transparent activities. This statement is issued in the public interest to subsequently maintain the resolved the working principles and conventions of the ENPO. Matters relating to political and intelligence matters shall be viewed seriously in this regard.
This statement is resolved to be issued owing to the circumstances and nature of the present situation. The ENPO shall not be accountable and responsible for any undue misadventures and misgivings by any individuals for all forms of unauthorized activities to the above, and as such shall be considered unofficial and self-style, and shall be subjected to be answerable to the ENPO as such. The ENPO believes in the values of Democracy, Fairness, Transparency and Accountability for the welfare of its people. All concerned members are therefore informed to co-operate for the common interest and for a smooth functioning.
