Dimapur, August 26 (MExN): The Eastern Nagaland People’s Organization (ENPO) has expressed deep shock over the alleged killing of Z Hozheto Yeptho on August 24 at ISBT Complex, Purana Bazaar by one Noknyei Konyak. The ENPO in its condemnation note stated that such crime and inhuman act committed has no place in a civilized society. While appreciating the prompt and quick action initiated by the Law enforcing agency in nabbing the culprit, the ENPO urge for stringent and befitting punishment be awarded as per the relevant section of the Law.
The Yuching Students’ Union (YSU) in its condemnation stated that such inhuman and barbaric act would not be tolerated in this civilized society. The union has appealed to the law enforcing authority to initiate necessary action as per the law and deliver justice at the earliest.
