DIMAPUR, MAY 25 (MExN): Congratulating Nagaland Chief Minister TR Zeliang on completion of two years in the service of the State of Nagaland, Governor of Nagaland & Assam, PB Acharya has asked Zeliang to ensure that there is no difference in opinion among the elected members, which will interrupt the development.
“The main agenda of our Government should be the peace and the development and there should be unity of the people and the elected members,” a press communiqué from Acharya stated on Wednesday.
The Governor further stated, “People of Nagaland have given a huge mandate and showed confidence on you. So you have greater responsibility to live up to their expectations…” He also congratulated all members of the council of Ministers and other elected members who have been extending cooperation and support to run the Government for the cause of development of the State.
“Our unity is the essential part for the success of peace talks, he further stated.
