A brainstorming and discussion session was held today at AK Food and Café, Super Market here on 'Entrepreneurs development for Nagaland and beyond' for start-ups and entrepreneurs based in Nagaland.
Leading the discussion, Roy Riddhinil, founder at NE8X, one of North East India's first exclusive start-up accelerator platforms, commented that the convention was aimed at community based discussion on what was needed for start-ups in Nagaland. He opined that there are lots of business avenues in Nagaland; however the community networking is missing in the region.
Topics on challenges faced by entrepreneurs and new start-ups, opportunities available in the region, how to take a start-up to the next level, importance of networking, need for mentorship etc were discussed among the entrepreneurs.
The event was powered by local start-ups Fusion, Precious MeLove, Runway, The Indian Awaz, IlandLo, YouthNet, and Nagaland Startups.
