Entrepreneurs taught on developing enterprise

Dimapur, January 25 (MExN): Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Policy Research and Analysis IIM - Shillong, in collaboration with Toka MPCS Ltd organized a one-day capacity building workshop for entrepreneurs at Tourist Lodge, Dimapur on January 21.

 


At the event, a discussion on the present status of all the sectors in the state was discussed which was led by Dr Bhaskar Kakati. Further, a discussion on policies and projects related to the sectors was initiated by the research assistants from IIM-Shillong. The afternoon session was conducted by Sridhar who spoke on the know-how behind developing an enterprise. 

 


Dr Kakati delivered an explanation and discussed with the participants about the challenges faced by the entrepreneurs in the present society and how to overcome it by following certain steps or measures.
The evening session was led by Sridhar, where the discussion focused on how to manage an enterprise as per the different sectors. 

 


Based on an interactive model of workshop, the programme saw the attendees raising queries and taking a proactive role in engaging with the experts. The workshop ended with a feedback session where ideas and views were exchanged. Certificates were presented to all the participants.
