Entries invited to all India essay competition

Chennai, February 6 (MExN): Nandini Voice for the Deprived, an NGO based in Chennai is organizing an all India essay competition on the topic “Has Election Commission fulfilled its responsibility to prevent corrupt persons and criminals from entering the parliament and assemblies?”   The objective of the contest is to provide an opportunity to the citizens to express their views and provide their suggestions on the subject. Highlights of the view and suggestions will be submitted to the President of India, Chief Election Commissioner, and Prime Minister, a press release from NS Venkataraman, Trustee of Nandini Voice for the Deprived stated.

  All Indian citizens living in India or abroad can participate in the competition. The essay should be maximum 1500 words and can be written in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
