Dimapur, February 13 (MExN): The Nandini Chemical Journal is conducting an all India essay competition for college students on “India’s Energy Needs and Options By 2020. Nandini Chemical Journal Chief Editor N. S. Venkataraman informed in a press release that the objective of the competition is to encourage the college students to think on the subject and provide them an opportunity to give their views and suggestions for the consideration of the government and industries.
India’s energy needs are steadily going up but the energy generation is not being stepped up in tune with the growth in demand. There are serious feedstock issues facing energy plants. The maximum is 2000 word, language should be English and College student studying at UG and PG level are eligible for taking part in the competition.
