The Ex. Underground Khel members of Industrial Village Razhüphe held a meeting in the resident of T.L.Angami Head GB cum Chairman at 10:00 am where 30 Ex. Underground members attended the said meeting. After detailed deliberation and hot discussion it resolved that:-
1. To find out the fate/latest position of the Court Case being TS2 of 2005 though the lawyer within 15 days from the date of the resolution.
2. Thereafter the finding of the case position, it was resolved to take suitable and a prompt action against the encroachers of the so-called the local entrepreneurs of NIDC in order to protect the Ex. Underground rehabilitation allotted land and to fight out the case concerning of the Khel land by hook or by crook.
3. The members who present in the meeting strongly condemned the claimed of the so-called local entrepreneurs through NIDC who are claiming the Ex. Underground land without any valid document including lease deed besides not following any procedure of acquisition of land from the landowners.
4. The Ex. Underground Khel members further resolved to follow the orders of Hon’ble Gauhati High Court order given on the allotted land, various orders including concerned police findings as well as the latest judicial order passed by the competent Court in relation to the land of the Ex. Underground Khel. The members also decided that if so necessary it shall apply the theory of tour forefathers’ steps of “Tit for Tate”.
In conclusion, the Ex. Underground Khel members affirmed that while carrying out the above resolution shall not compromise/tolerate and step back with so-called local entrepreneurs of NIDC or any authority backing them.
