Dimapur, May 15 (MExN): The Narcotic Cell of the Excise Department manning Khuzama interstate Excise Check gate seized 16,600 capsules of Spasmo-proxyvon from a Manipur bound passenger bus (MN 01-1735) on May 14 around 3:00 am. The seized articles were found well-concealed inside branded wheat flour packets, informed a press release from S. Phyobemo Kikon, Superintendent of Excise (NC). The accused Md Abdul Riyad (26) was arrested and booked under relevant sections of the D&C Act 1940 and forwarded to judiciary, it added.
