Peren, June 30 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Peren & Chairman Governing ATMA Peren, Sarita Yadav IAS graced the exhibition cum sales day as special guest on June 27 at Jalukie Town Daily Market Shed. The programme was organised by ATMA Peren and KVK Peren, stated a DIPR report.
Keynote address was given by Dr. Zeletgai Ndang, Dy DAO Peren where he highlighted on the importance of organic farming and strategies for sale which in turn will boost up our economy. Yezaho Swu, Dy PD, ATMA Peren and KVK also spoke on the occasion focusing on the importance of Agriculture and farming in today's context.
Awards were also handed over to successful local farmers encouraging them to continue their job to create more avenues for survival and enhancement of individual economy.
The programme was chaired by Hewoto Sema DAO & PD, ATMA Peren and vote of thanks by Akam Zeliang Dy PD, ATMA Peren.
