
Dimapur, April 25 (MExN): The Director, Intanki National Park, inspected both ‘A’ and ‘B’ Range Headquarter at Beisumpuikam and Athibung on April 25.
It was informed in a press release here that during his visit, the Director handed over one Bolero Camper for performing patrolling duty two Generators and three Syntex to each range. The Director lauded the Principal Secretary and PCCF & HoFF, Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for providing the much needed facilities with T.A to the Forest Protection Force showing their concern for the staffs and the National Park.
Exhorting the staffs to be sincere in performing their duties, the Director mentioned since the authorities are providing the facilities which are not received by other staffs of the same department, the “protection force in return should show their excellent talent in protecting the park from all illegal activities.”
The Director, instructed, the concern two Range Officers to gear up the patrolling routine to check hunting, fishing and logging inside INP. He cautioned the staffs to be regular in station without which protection of the Park is impossible. He also encouraged the Forest Protection Force to perform their duties with dedicated spirit.
