Dimapur, June 5 (MExN): Altogether 76 Taekwondo players of Christian Higher Secondary School, Westside School and Faith in Action Taekwondo Academy got promoted to their next Colour Belt after completing their course. The Taekwondo exam was held on June 4 its headquarter Immanuel hall, Y Zhimo Colony, Dimapur under the guidelines of Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headquarter, South Korea, according to a press release on Sunday.
The players promoted to Red-Black are; Litam Justine, Hoichem Aimee, Bautok Melvin, Echang W. Magdalene and Vitope Sheqi where as Ayush Thapa promoted to Purple Belt, while Anna Joy Phom, Hatneinem Khongsai, Mehboob Ahmed, Greet and Rahul Ray were promoted to Blue Belt.
As per the release, those promoted to Orange Belt include; Chovelu Thopi, Kivika Zhimomi, Smaiham Langthasa, Kezevino Sakhru, Lucy Grace Phom, Tokato Zhimomi, Rahane, Varshita Bothra, Nantu Khersa, Anuska Adhikari, Biraj Bhattacharje, Mintu Debnath and Jayanto Ghosh.
Promoted to Green Belt are; Sebastian Thatal, Vinay Kumar Bothra, Lagan Jain, Wahida Jasmine, Rohan Lama, Shazida Khatun, Akumtoshi, Kisuiyibe Haining, Jaidan Naiding, Mairikdi Jigdung, Sainsringdao Khersa, Ansh Daimary, Niputo Zhimo, Atobo Awomi, Kharingdao Langthasa, Ashish Kumar Ray, Wilmekha Langthasa, Aman Kumar Ray, Limayanger Ao, Tohena Khersa, Kuktsho Medo, Kiqhevi Aye, Reyajul Islam, Sojano Humtsoe, Nikihito Sonar and Tovito Shohe.
Promoted to Yellow Belt are; Tsuktiren Alexander John Banks, Imtirenla Imsong, Reevan Jaishi, Tinoto Swu, Lengouhao Limsong, Pekuosenuo Medeo, Michal Sema, Katimen Jamir, Redhima Roy, Eshan Kumar Singh, Peteneizo Rhetso, Toika Shohe, T. Bendangkumla Jamir and Lenminlal Limsong.
11 Players who got double promotion in Taekwondo exam are; Enoch Wotsa, Talimoa, Kevikito Sakhuru, Thangjoysang Limsong, T Buchang Phom, RT Philio, Vilou Zho, Tiameren Changkiri, Yepeto S Zhimomi, Juli Tsuqu and Tina Thapa, the release stated.
