Phek: A befitting farewell was accorded to Deputy Commissioner Phek, Neposo Theluo at the DPDB Conference hall, Phek on February 18 where prominent leaders from Phek district, head of offices, administration officers, police officers, public leaders, GBs and NGOs leaders attended the function.
Speaking on the occasion, the outgoing DC expressed his happiness to his subordinate officers & staff’s, SP Phek and to the various departments for their co-operation and support during his stay as DC Phek. He also acknowledged various NGOs leaders, Public Leaders and business community for their cooperation and tireless support while he served as a Phek DC.
CM Tsanglao (IAS) who took over as the new Deputy Commissioner, Phek in his speech said that, he feel blessed for being posted in Phek District for the second time to work with the people of Phek District and called upon people to work together in oneness to achieve for betterment of the district.
Superintendent of Police, Phek Deepali Masirkar (IPS) spoke on behalf of HODs of Phek District while President, Chakhesang Mothers Association Zaposhelu, spoke on behalf of NGOs of Phek District. Chozuba ADC Polan John also delivered a speech on behalf of Administrative officers. Accountant, DC Office Phek Thepuchiyi spoke on behalf of clerical staff. DC office clerical staff and Dobashis presented a special song adding more colours to the programme. Phek SDO (Civil) Holohon Yepthomi chaired the function.
