Pughoboto, June 15 (MExN): Farewell programme for ADC Pughoboto Avelu Ruho was held with the MLA of the constituency Y. Vikheho Swu, officers from all the head offices, ADC staff, and others at the DB Court, Pughoboto on June 13.
Describing the outgoing ADC as very sincere and a diligent officer, Vikheho lauded her yeomen service during her 3 years tenure in Pughoboto. He recounted some of her notable contributions and achievements like the opening of HSLC Centre Pughoboto, GHS Pughoboto repairing, marketing shed rostrum supervision, repairing of Guest House Pughoboto and DB court, toilet and mini secretariat at new complex etc. The MLA also acknowledged her successful tenure and wished her well in her new responsibility in Phek.
Avelu, who is transferred as ADC Phek (HQ), said that the contributions during her stint were a joint effort and expressed satisfaction over her experiences. She called upon the officers and staff to give continued cooperation with the new ADC Pughoboto for the upliftment of the area. She also thanked all the officers, staff, churches, and others for their support.
SDO (C) Pughoboto Tiayanger Jamir, GHS Pughoboto staff, student leaders, village council chairman also spoke on the occasion. The programme included special song by Ghathashi EAC staff and ADC staff. Welcome address and vote of thanks was pronounced by EAC Nuhuta Tunyi.
