Kohima, July 1 (MExN): The Department of Soil & Water Conservation organized a farewell programme in honor of Kevingutso Rutsa, Joint Director at the directorate’s conference hall.
Registrar Tebül Neikha presented reminiscence of the career of Kevingutso, who rendered 32 years of service to the department, informed a press release received here.
Additional Director and Head of Department, Viliehu Nguzhü congratulated Kevingutso for retiring in good health. Describing him as a man of humour and authenticity, he appreciated the outgoing officer for his punctuality and dedication to the department and the farming community.
Kevingutso meanwhile thanked his colleagues and staffs for their moral support, prayer and counsel and for helping him reach his retirement with full satisfaction, the release said. In order to be a good government servant, he advised, one should follow three basics – regularity in attending office, sincerity, and cooperation. He also stated that a good team work and coordination can bring the best of the solution.
