Kohima, December 4 (MExN): Prof. Rahul Ramagundam, the authorized biographer of George Fernandes, former defense minister of India will be visiting Nagaland from December 10 to 14 to collect information about the role played by George Fernandes in the political, social and economic life of the north eastern states in over 40 years of his public life. He will be accompanied by Michael B. Fernandes, ex-MLA/MLC of Karnataka.
A release received here said that Prof.Rahul will be happy to meet and interact with as many people as possible who were associated with George Fernandes regardless of their political affiliations and receive from them oral accounts, anecdotes, reminiscences, originals or copies of correspondence between them, reports, newspaper clippings and photographs of events involving him,, documents, publications etc, which may throw light on the contribution made by him in the political and economic life of the people in the region.
