Fertility camp under Rashtriya Gokul Mission held in Wokha

Wokha, February 26 (MExN): A fertility camp under Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM) 2025-26 Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India (GOI) implemented by National Livestock Development Board (NLDB) was conducted at Lio-longidang village, Changpang block and Merapani village, Bhandari on February 21 and 25 respectively.

A free anti rabies vaccination camp was also held at Litchuyan Village Changpang block, on February 23, as part of Aspirational area initiative, a DIPR report said. 

During the programme the resource person, Dr Kikali G Sumi, highlighted the importance of anti -rabies vaccination and sterilization.

The farmers were distributed minerals mixture, de-wormers and veterinary medicines, more the 50 farmers benefitted from said the camp.
